Air Medical Transport. Mercy Flight Central, Inc. provides helicopter transport in the states of New York and Pennsylvania within a 120-mile radius of our bases. Our bases of operation are in Canandaigua, Ontario County, Marcellus, Onondaga County and in Rome, Oneida County, all in New York State.
